...his (pheasant's) sauce is Sugar and mustard.
Ingredients
+/- 1 Tbs. | brown sugar |
+/- 1 Tbs. | powdered mustard |
Steps
- Mix up very strong powdered mustard (as sharp as Chinese).
- Add brown sugar to taste.
- Serve on side: some prefer just salt.
Note
Make it taste like ham glaze (slightly spicy).
