Poultry can be made tastier and more nutritious and more use can be made of its fat if you wrap it in a dough of flour and oil and put it into the oven.
Ingredients
chicken thighs (bone in & skin) | |
3 Tbs | olive oil |
3 drops | asafoetida |
1 tsp | fish sauce |
pinch | salt |
1 Tbsp | parsley |
1 tsp | oregano |
1 tsp | celery seed |
dash | black pepper |
Steps
- Make pastry.
- Mix oil & herbs
- Remove bones from chicken, put herb mix under skin
- Wrap in pastry, cook in 350 until done (30 min?)
