Boiled Beets*

Boiled Beets: They are served nicely with mustard, a bit of oil, and vinegar.

Ingredients

Swiss chard grenns
homemade mustard (Columella\'s recipe)
olive oil
red wine vinegar

Steps

  1. Mix mustard with a small splash of olive oil and two medium splashed of vinegar.
  2. Tear up chard leaves, boil for 1 minute, strain.
