Boiled Beets: They are served nicely with mustard, a bit of oil, and vinegar.

Swiss chard grenns | |
homemade mustard (Columella\'s recipe) | |
olive oil | |
red wine vinegar | |
Steps
- Mix mustard with a small splash of olive oil and two medium splashed of vinegar.
- Tear up chard leaves, boil for 1 minute, strain.
