Baqili bi-Khall (Beans with Vinegar)*

Take green beans as soon as firm, and peel off the outer skin: then boil in salt and water until cooked. Dry, and pour on a little sesame-oil: cover with good vinegar, and serve.

Ingredients

2 pkgs.frozen lima beans (or 1/ lb fresh beans)
1 Tbs.sesame oil
1 Tbs.vinegar

Steps

  1. Cook lima beans in salted water. Drain & dry.
  2. Pour on sesame oil & mix well.
  3. Add vinegar, mix well and serve.

Note

Try using green beans, shelled.
This recipe is good served hot, at room temperature or cold.
