Baqili bi-Khall (Beans with Vinegar)*

Take green beans as soon as firm, and peel off the outer skin: then boil in salt and water until cooked. Dry, and pour on a little sesame-oil: cover with good vinegar, and serve.
Ingredients
2 pkgs. | frozen lima beans (or 1/ lb fresh beans) |
1 Tbs. | sesame oil |
1 Tbs. | vinegar |
Steps
- Cook lima beans in salted water. Drain & dry.
- Pour on sesame oil & mix well.
- Add vinegar, mix well and serve.
Note
Try using green beans, shelled.
This recipe is good served hot, at room temperature or cold.
