1/4 c.parsley, chopped
1/4 Tbs.hyssop, crushed

Steps

  1. Mix eggs & rice together thoroughly. Mix in the salmon.
  2. Went in at 2:40 @ 340°.
  3. Glaze with spiced egg mixture (left over from other recipe) when mostly cooked, approx 10 min.
take out when golden, approx 15-20.
    40 min.

Note

Note the stuffing expands
fill shell to somewhat less than level.
garnish with chopped parsley.

Costs ~5.00 for 8 person main course.

Pie dough would be better than pizza dough, oil & flour the pan mold to avoid sticking. As made the dough did not work well, but the filling was good.
